Delivery Costs

  2. Free delivery for orders over R600: We believe in rewarding our valued customers, which is why we provide free delivery for all orders over R600. This offer is applicable to deliveries within South African main city centres only. Whether you're ordering a single item or multiple products, as long as your order total exceeds R600, you won't have to worry about any delivery charges.
  3. Delivery charges for orders below R600: For orders below R600, we charge a flat delivery fee of R165. This fee covers the cost of packaging, handling and shipping your items securely to your specified address within South African main city centres.
  4. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process on our website.
  5. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside South African Main City Centres or special requests. Contact our customer support team for customised delivery quotes and assistance.

Order Tracking

  1. For delivered orders, we provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification containing the tracking details and instructions on how to track your package.
  2. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated by the delivery company. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your delivery, please contact our customer support team and we will assist you.

Collection Options

  1. In addition to our delivery services, we may offer the option for customers to collect their orders directly from our physical address or a designated collection point. The availability of this option will be indicated during the checkout process on our website.
  2. If you choose the collection option, we will provide you with the necessary information, including the collection location, opening hours and any specific instructions for the collection process.

Collection Times

  1. Please ensure you collect your order within the specified time frame, as indicated during the checkout process or communicated to you separately. Failure to collect your order within the designated time frame may result in cancellation or additional charges.
