Are your products organic and what does that certification mean?
Some of our products are certified organic at source. This means they are grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers and meet strict organic standards. We will always highlight which items are organic on the pack and on the website.

How long can I keep unpreserved products before they go off?
All our products are naturally preservative free so they will keep for a good while if stored well. Most dried fruit, nuts and seeds are best enjoyed within 12 months of purchase but some can last up to 24 months depending on the item. Always check the date on the pack for guidance.

Store your products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Airtight containers are best and for extra longevity you can keep nuts and seeds in the fridge. Avoid moisture and heat as this will shorten their shelf life.

Yes every product has a best before date printed on the pack. This is our guarantee of peak quality. Because our products are unpreserved they are still safe to enjoy after this date but they may lose a little of their crunch or flavour.

Most of our products are naturally vegan gluten free and free from any animal products. Many are also suitable for paleo and keto diets. Always check the pack for allergens and dietary notes.

Yes you can. Freezing is fine for longer storage and helps keep them fresh. Just make sure they are in an airtight container or bag and allow them to come to room temperature before eating for the best texture and flavour.

Some of our products naturally contain tree nuts and other allergens. We always list allergens clearly on the pack. While we take care when packing, our products are packed in a facility that handles nuts and seeds, so please check the label if you have sensitivities.

We deliver nationwide using trusted South African couriers.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes:
- 1–3 working days to major cities
- 3–5 working days to outlying or remote areas

- Free delivery for orders over R650.
- A flat rate for under R650, shown at checkout.

You can follow your parcel in real time and see each scan along the way.
If your tracking doesn’t update or you’re unsure about anything, our support team will gladly assist and check in with the courier on your behalf.
