WHY NOT ROASTED?
Nuts are among the healthiest foods you can eat. However, high-temperature cooking processes (like roasting and deep frying) may damage the healthy fat in nuts, reduce their nutrient content and form harmful free radicals in your body. Therefore, we recommend buying raw nuts and roasting them at home. Keep the temperature relatively low - about 140°C for 15 minutes. Also, avoid storing them for too long. Only roast the amount of nuts you plan to eat over the next few days, to ensure optimal freshness and flavour.
