These unpeeled Adams fig halves, made from the same variety as our whole peeled figs, deliver the full, natural sweetness of dried figs at an exceptional value. Sun-dried on a family farm in the Western Cape, they are carefully halved and dried to preserve their rich flavour and chewy texture. Naturally high in fibre and packed with essential minerals, they’re a wholesome, affordable choice for snacking, baking or adding to trail mixes - a simple and delicious way to enjoy the goodness of figs year-round.

WHAT’S THE WHITE STUFF?
Fruit sugar may crystallise on the surface of dried figs, giving them a natural sugar coating with a deliciously sweet taste. This is a completely natural process and the figs are perfectly safe to consume.

TO REHYDRATE
• To rehydrate for baking, simply soak in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Drain well before use.
